1   Approval of the notes of the meeting held on 7th April 2022 to be signed as minutes

2   To receive the Chairman’s Report on Parish Council activities during the last year

3   To receive the Clerk’s Report

4   To receive the Treasurer’s Report on the Parish Council finances for the last year

5   Reports by Local County and District Councillors

6   Local Organisations Reports

7  Presentation from the Project Manager of The Parklands Development - update on the development to date and future plans

8  To consider any points that Parishioners may wish to make

All local government electors for the Parish of Sudbrooke are invited to attend and participate in this meeting. The main purpose of this meeting is to update residents and hear the views on matters of concern or interest.

Light refreshments will be served after the meeting

Secretaries/Chairmen of local organisations are invited to give a report to the meeting of how their Groups have progressed during the last year
