2 To receive the Chairman’s Report on Parish Council activities during the last year
3 To receive the Clerk’s Report
4 To receive the Treasurer’s Report on the Parish Council finances for the last year
5 Reports by Local County and District Councillors
6 Local Organisations Reports
7 To consider any points that Parishioners may wish to make

All local government electors for the Parish of Sudbrooke are invited to attend and participate in this meeting. The main purpose of this meeting is to update residents and hear the views on matters of concern or interest.
Light refreshments will be served after the meeting
Secretaries/Chairmen of local organisations are invited to give a report to the meeting of how their Groups have progressed during the last year.
