         provision of areas of open space, landscaping, and drainage infrastructure. 
C      Application: WL/2024/00999 – 50, Scothern Lane - alterations and extensions to existing property.
D      WL/2025/00001 – Land adjacent Poachers Lane -  Planning application for change 
         of use of agricultural land to equestrian use with erection of stables.
