The Parklands moves closer to releasing its Phase 2 plots
In June 2021, we announced that infrastructure works had commenced to mark the beginning of Phase 2 construction at The Parklands. Works have continued over the summer months and as the autumn dawns nearer, we are now able to reveal the details of three of our brand new house types.
Construction of these plots will begin in October 2021, allowing opportunities for early bird reservations immediately following plot release. Completion of the first of these plots is expected in May 22.
The new house types include The Poulter, The Witham and The Nene. All of these house types come with five bedrooms and offer their own unique style and character.
The Poulter is a handsome executive property which offers a double garage, large kitchen and two en-suite bathrooms. There are five of these properties available in Phase 2 with each plot offering a generously sized garden.
The Witham is one of our most exclusive five bedroom homes offering a significantly large master bedroom, which sits above the property’s double garage as well as generous kitchen, living room and dining room. This is the only Witham in Phase 2 and the plot provides stunning views across the woodland.
The Nene is an attractive, white rendered five bedroom home with double garage. There are only two of these properties in Phase 2. It comes with a large master bedroom with walk in wardrobe, two en-suites , large open plan kitchen diner and separate ground floor study space. Both plots offer striking woodland views.
