Defibrillator Policy
The defibrillator in Sudbrooke is sited on the wall of KoKoo hair Salon, Holme Drive and the heater (on a thermostat) is powered by electricity from Kokoo. As no charge is made by Mrs Christine Cooke, proprietor of Kokoo Hair salon for the electricity the business is entitled to one double page advertisement in the Sudbrooke News per calendar year (or two single page adverts).
The defibrillator will be checked weekly by the designated Councillor with defibrillator responsibility and recorded on the checklist kept inside the defibrillator cabinet.
Sudbrooke Parish Council is a member of the West Lindsey Community Defibrillator Service Scheme which includes the following:-
• Replacement battery and electrode pads following expiration
• Replacement battery and electrode pads as required following device deployment
• A loan device, (within 24 hours of deployment) until the original device is located and checked
• Quarterly maintenance check
• Access to online status reporting tool
• Cabinet heater and lock repair or replacement
• Access to useful resources and events
