A meeting of Sudbrooke Parish Council will be held on Thursday 9 June 2022 commencing at 7.30pm in the Bramham Lounge of the Village Hall, Scothern Lane, Sudbrooke.

A Burial space/new cemetery – Update
B Speed indicators in village – update
C Proposed closure of Nettleham Lane by LCC – reply to complaint (if received)
D Police Matter - Report of unlawful activity on Village Hall playing field – update
E To consider whether the Parish Council should take any action in relation to residents suggestion of removal of access to the public footpath entrance into the last part of West Drive, prior to the farm roads, as a safety aspect due to the increase in farm machinery in that area
7 Members responsibilities -To appoint a member with responsibility for the Christmas tree/Millennium stone lights
8 To consider authorising a double page advert in Sudbrooke News for Kokoo Hair Salon in lieu of use of electricity supply for the defibrillator
9 Footpaths in the woods – to consider comments by parishioners that they are unstable to walk on and not able to accommodate wheelchairs or buggies.
10 Multipurpose Sports Area – To consider quotations for trimming back trees to the fence line and topping to the height of the fence

A Audit - 2020/21- Report from Internal Auditor
B To complete the Annual Governance Statement 2020/21
C To consider and approve by Resolution the Accounting Statements for 2020/21
D Accounts to be approved for payment
12 Planning - Application 14883 – 15 Courtfield Close – application for two storey front extension and single store rear and side extension – to ratify comments sent to WLDC – ‘Due to the time scale and this application not being able to come before a Council meeting, available Councillors were contacted by the Clerk for comment and those that have been able to view the application have no objections’
