The Annual Meeting of Sudbrooke Parish Council will be held on Wednesday 5 May 2021 at 7.00pm using Zoom online video conferencing.
The meeting is open to the public and if you wish to attend you will need to register with Zoom and download the relevant software/app onto your computer, phone or iPad, in advance of the meeting. To do this go to https://zoom.us – press the ‘signup its free button’ and follow the onscreen guidance to register.

in Sudbrooke.
12. Multi-Purpose Sports Area – update/consideration of quotations for fencing if received
13. Stuart Curtis Sports Field –
a Report by Councillor Bhikhu Mistry on site meeting and consideration of quotation
for works required for improving surface, supply and fixing of gate.
b. Report by Councillor Ian Russell on works required to northern boundary hedge.
14. Village Hall playing field – report by Councillor Ian Russell on site meeting and consideration of quotation for works required to trees
15. CCTV at Village Hall – update by Councillor Stuart Hewson and consideration of quotation for new cameras
16. The Parklands - Report on meeting with developers 13 April 2021
17. Litter Pick 12 June 2021 – To approve Risk Assessment
18. To consider a Policy for trading from the Village Hall car park.
19. Play Equipment – To receive quotation for maintenance works required (if received).
