You are summoned to attend a meeting of Sudbrooke Parish Council on Thursday 5th February 2026 commencing at 7.30pm in the Bramham Lounge of the Village Hall, Scothern Lane, Sudbrooke.
 
Prior to the start of the meeting a public forum of no more than 15 minutes will be held. The public may address the Council on current matters or issues that may become future agenda items.

1 To note apologies and reasons given.
2 To receive any declarations of interest in accordance with the localism Act 2011 and consider any requests for dispensation in relating to disposable pecuniary interests of the other interests as outlined in the council's code of conduct
3 To receive the notes of the council meeting held on the 08th of January 2026 and agree for them to be signed as a true record. 1

ii. To review and approve any necessary action relating to application no WL/2026/00063
Proposal: Planning application for the retention of two piers to front boundary wall, provision of reduced railings and minor amendment to previously approved gates.

Proposal: Planning application for variation of condition 2 of planning application 136427 (Planning application for 6no. detached dwellings with associated garages and infrastructure, including new bridge crossing, new passing places to Poachers Lane and the provision of a new footpath link from Sudbrooke to parish boundary) to vary house/garage design of plot 3 being variation of condition 1 of planning permission 140421 granted 5 June 2020 - to vary the design of house & garage on plot 4.
