10   To consider a residents concern of speeding on Holme Drive and West Drive and what if any action could be taken by the Parish Council

11   To consider a residents concern at a broken fence panel to the rear of Maple Drive and that weeds and shrubs have caused this

A     Cutting back of Holm Oak at Park Gates – to ratify expenditure of £200.00 and to consider reducing the canopy of the trees to prevent root damage to the Park Gate pillars – Councillor Paul Fido

B     Mole Treatment on Stuart Curtis field – to ratify expenditure authorised by Chairman and Clerk

C     Accounts for payment/Income/Bank Balances

A    Application 146832 -  2 Wragby Road - remove conservatory & erect single and two storey rear extension  - to ratify comments forwarded to WLDC of ‘No objections’

B    Application 147059 -  9 Cedar Close -  remove hedge & replace with wooden boundary fencing – to ratify comments forwarded to WLDC of ‘No objections’
